This Matters on a Personal Level

After struggling to find a caregiver for her grandmother in Jamaica, our Founder Nikki, decided to launch this mission.
Given her extensive experience working with Seniors and Adults with Disabilities, this was a natural continuation of her work.

How do we Elevate Life for our Clients?

We have formed a strategic partnership with a team of interdisciplinary medical, dental, and health professionals, medical equipment stores, hospices, and nursing facilities to ensure better continuity of care for our patients.

We also provide FREE basic Notary Services to all patients!

Our focus is on providing a beautiful client experience by having a team that is dedicated to the entire patient care.

We promote independence, well-being, and dignity through personalized and compassionate home care, prioritizing inclusivity and well-being.

Our Core Values of Transparency, Integrity, Empathy, Inclusion, Innovation, and Honesty guide us in making a positive impact on the communities we serve.

Nikki K. Lopez, MBA, CLC, CDP, CEO, Notary

As a Certified Life Coach and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Practitioner, I am dedicated to serving with empathy and respect.

Growing up in Jamaica in a large family, I learned the importance of caregiving values, the cornerstone of a strong family system. This passion accompanies me every day, as I treat each client with the same care I offer my own grandmother.

My Agency is built on the values of empathy, transparency, and inclusion, ensuring I extend grace to all my clients and their families.

I also contribute to the community by serving on the Board of Futures Explored, and holding positions as Contra Costa's EOC Commissioner, EEOC Council Member, Member of the Advisory Council on Aging, and Antioch Chamber of Commerce Ambassador.

I am also a Certified Dementia Practitioner.

I'm Tonj’a, a compassionate leader driven by a love for caregiving.

My journey as a caregiver with my beloved mother, and other family members with disabilities, gave me a profound understanding of both the challenges and joys of caregiving.

My passion lies in being a voice for the voiceless, ensuring that their unique needs and preferences are heard and respected.

As an Engineer by first profession, I use the skills needed to complete thorough safety assessments when we do client intake, so families can take preventative measures to protect their loved ones. I am also the point of contact for Safety Implementation Policies.

I am an active member of the Brentwood Chamber of Commerce and a small business advocate. Looking forward to serving you!
