How do you ensure continuity of care and communication between caregivers?

I have been the caregiver for my 70-year-old mother for 3 years. I am burned out and wondering what I should do?
Have you thought about trying respite care? It's different in every State but they offer care to your loved ones to give you a much-needed break. If you qualify the State will pay for it as well
Not eligible for Medicaid, but not enough money to private pay. What do we do?
Long-Term-Care Medicaid/Medi-Cal in California, may pick up the rest of the cost. LTC Medicaid/Medi-Cal is a different program than regular Medicaid, and the income limits are different.
